Istruzioni per il recesso:
In qualità di cliente, Lei ha la possibilità di revocare da questo contratto entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione della merce, notificandoci in modo inequivocabile la volontà di voler procedere in forma scritta (lettera, fax, Email) senza fornire motivazioni aggiuntive.

Conseguenze del recesso:

In our experience, the damage can only be refunded if:
the installation of the components is done professionally or by a specialist,
the error on a component was not discovered although an expert assessment prior to installation was made,
the details of the assembly instructions were strictly followed (If no assembly instructions to be available and / or they themselves have insufficient expertise, you have to get the needed information yourself.)
the damage occurred despite the above points at a proper commissioning
and the necessary documents and products were returned within 2 weeks after the damage was noticed at Aquatuning.
Flow in case of damage:
- Please create copies of the original bills of damaged hardware.
- Also, create copies of the original invoices please the defective products and, if necessary, select the product responsible for the damage.
- Make a photo of the defect and make photos that show how the product was installed and how it has come to the damage if possible.
- Please describe in a short written report, how it has come to the damage and quantify the total resulting damage.Send us the copies of the invoice (damaged hardware and water cooling), the photos, the damage report (also in advance by e-mail) and the product responsible for the damage.
- Please send in the defective hardware only if you think that it will be necessary for the insurance experts.Otherwise, keep your defective product at home. However, please dispose the hardware at the earliest after completion of the insurance process. In individual cases the insurance company would like to inspect the defective hardware. If the hardware in such a case can not be provided, it is possible that your case will be closed immediately and in extreme cases, the insurance may sue you for indication of attempted fraud. Please do not dispose the damaged parts hasty!
- We will examine the parts ourself and then forward it to the insurance company.
- From this point Aquatuning is no longer the contact person. Between the sending of us and the investigation by the insurance company your case does not yet have a claim number. An inquiry with the insurance will not be able to provide any information about the current state during this "dead time". Also Aquatuning is powerless here.
- After recording of the claim by the insurance company they will send you a letter or contact you by telephone. This takes most likely up to 2 weeks.
- After completion of the assessment, the insurance company will send you a detailed report of the experts and the final assessment of a claim for damages in writing.
- Any further correspondence will be only with the insurance company.
